On May 15, 2025, the South County Economic Development Council (SCEDC) proudly attended the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center in Chula Vista.
As we gathered with community leaders, business partners, and local stakeholders, the atmosphere was electric with excitement and optimism for the future.
