South County EDC is proud to support the Stock the Classroom Supply Drive, a community effort helping provide teachers and school counselors with essential classroom supplies for the students they serve.

Teachers across South County often spend hundreds of dollars out of their own pockets each year to make sure their classrooms are ready for learning. Through this drive, community donations will help stock a year-round Teacher Supply Pantry, reducing that burden and helping educators access the materials they need throughout the school year.

The drive runs now through July 19, and donations can be dropped off at participating community locations listed on the flyer.

South County EDC members are also invited to bring donations to our next Board of Directors Meeting on Tuesday, July 14, hosted at Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR).

Can’t make it to the meeting? No problem at all. If you are unable to attend, you can still participate or submit your items. Please contact us directly to arrange a convenient drop-off time or to discuss alternative options. Contact us here.

Most-needed items include pencils, erasers, notebooks, folders, loose-leaf paper, dry erase markers, printer paper, crayons, markers, glue sticks, scissors, disinfecting wipes, tissues, and hand sanitizer.

Together, we can help ensure local educators and students have the tools they need for a successful school year.
